    Personnel Practitioner: Human Resource Management - Thohoyandou Campus

    Qualification and Experience

    • Senior Certificate [Grade 12] plus NQF level 6 in Human Resource Management/ Public Administration / Public Management or equivalent qualification at NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA.
    • Computer literacy including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Virtual meeting platforms literacy.
    • PERSAL Training certificate / Results.
    • A valid driver's license except for people with disabilities.

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

    • Coordinate Conditions of Services [Leave Management, Termination of services, Medical Aid, Housing subsidies, Injury on duty, leave gratuities and pension benefits, etc]
    • Control Human Resource Provisioning Services [Appointment, resettlement, transfer, performance management, etc]
    • Supervise and train subordinates.
