PG Editorial Associate (US) at LexisNexis

What you’ll do:

• Set up and participate in customer discovery sessions
• Create reports and presentations using available data
• Generate contracts for outside author manuscripts / other outside author-related tasks
• Learn and apply basic editorial legal editing tools and tasks
• Create and generate regular reports and presentations

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of education
• Excellent command of English language
• Strong communication skills to speak with customers and authors
• Ability to quickly learn new tasks
• Mastery of basic MS office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Ability to prioritize and multitask to meet critical deadlines 
• Determination, focus, attention to detail, and motivation to succeed
• Comfort asking questions and making recommendations
• Experience with dashboarding tools like Tableau or Looker (preferred not required)
