Pitch Deck Designer at TMF Group

As a key contributor to our team, you will help shape a compelling library of business development pitch decks that drive engagement and awareness for our services. You will play an integral role in producing captivating pitch decks that turn prospects into clients.

Having an understanding of the challenges faced by multinational businesses globally would be advantageous for this role. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business development team and report directly to the Head of Bid, Knowledge and Subcontractor Governance, ensuring high visibility for your contributions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Translate complex business concepts into compelling visuals using PowerPoint, ensuring clear and persuasive communication of the client centric winning theme.
• Collaborate closely with various departments including sales, business lines, service delivery, sales enablement, and marketing.
• Apply critical feedback to refine and enhance pitch deck designs, maintaining consistency and quality.

To be our ideal candidate, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pitch deck design or a related field.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and experience, with a solid grasp of its features.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to add creative flair.
• Strong interpersonal skills, open to feedback, and able to collaborate effectively.
• Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional proofreading skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• The ability to prioritize and manage a diverse and demanding workload effectively.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
