Key Outputs
Strategically plan loads on the secondary fleet to maximize efficiency, reduce transportation costs, and minimize environmental impact.
Optimise the utilisation of the secondary fleet by consolidating loads and drive continuous improvement on a daily basis.
Ensure on-time delivery of orders as per Nominated Delivery Day (NDD) schedule, exceeding customer expectations and enhancing brand reputation.
Foster effective collaboration with Sales, Fleet and Distribution teams to streamline operations, resolve issues promptly, and improve overall productivity.
Complete daily and monthly reports accurately to provide data-driven insights, identify optimisation opportunities, and support informed decision-making.
Regularly review fleet capacity and internal and external customer requirements to adapt distribution plans, scale operations efficiently, and respond to market dynamics.
