    Plans Examiner

    Requirements

    • A relevant three-year tertiary qualification in any built environment discipline.
    • A minimum of two (2) years’ appropriate experience
    • Knowledge of the implementation of National Building Regulations and SABS Code regulations and requirements.
    • Computer literacy in MS Office
    • Valid Code B/EB driver’s licence

    Key Performance Areas

    • Process building development applications
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws
    • Liaise with external and internal parties
    • Perform administrative duties.
