• We are seeking a skilled and experienced PMO Lead to support in a PMO Office based in Johannesburg (Hybrid). 

Responsibilities

• Support to the PMO Manager and IT PSO to ensure that the PMO ways of working are implemented across all projects and portfolios and are aligned to the overall governance framework.
• Conduct regular project health checks and provide follow up support to the project and portfolio managers
• Support the roll out of the stage gate methodology
• Conduct data analysis on the project records held in the PPM tool
• Responsible for preparation and issuing of predefined reports
• Attend required meetings, capture minutes and follow up on actions
• Provide Portfolio & Project Management Services as defined in the matrix of services
• Assist and support the PMO Manager with continuous improvement of the Governance framework and guidelines
• Establish relationships with the cross functional teams and relevant departments

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a PMO role
• Full Project Lifecycle Knowledge
• Working with cross functional teams
• Project Management qualification
