Post-Investment Associate

As a post-investment specialist is required to manage the investment portfolios for this venture capital fund, once brought in by the deal team. This includes all financial analysis, financial modelling and predictive modelling on the performance of the portfolio.

This role requires the following responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and financial modelling
• Assist in capital raising
• conduct due diligence and ensure necessary legal processes re carried out
• Predictive analysis on the foreseen performance of the fund
• Financial reporting
• Engage with all relevant stakeholders
• Preparation and presentation of portfolio updates
• Creation of portfolio review dashboard
• Continuously monitor all funds

Requirements for application:

• CA(SA) or CFA
• 3-5 years experience in a similar role
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Experience in venture capital, mezzanine finance or debt finance
