Post-Trade Specialist - City of Cape Town at CA Financial Appointments

Responsibilities:

• Action and monitor confirmation and settlement of all trades
• Ensure brokers and custodians receive the required information
• Utilising custodian and broker online portals to monitor and instruct trades/payments where necessary
• Completing various regulatory and internal reporting
• Proactive review and improvement of processes as required
• Overseeing project work from planning through to testing, implementation as required

Requirements:

• Minimum of a completed commerce / finance / accounting related degree qualification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar trade role within fund services or asset management
• Good ability to work well in a varied and tight deadline driven environment 
• Ability to deal with complexity and be an analytical and solutions focused 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
