Lead the development and execution of solutions and strategies that align with ABI's core values within the Trade Marketing function.
Oversee daily tracking and monitoring of Trade Marketing budgets, identifying variances, risks, and opportunities to ensure financial alignment.
Manage forecasting for the P&L and ZBB, ensuring that budgets are met, and communicate risks and opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams to devise and implement effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with internal policies by maintaining up-to-date knowledge on requirements such as manual journal thresholds, DAO approvals, and other relevant guidelines.
Accurately and efficiently process all GA Journals (including accruals, reallocations, and recharges) for the Trade Marketing teams.
Ensure timely release of all parked documents for the relevant month, supporting budget and LE objectives.
Coordinate with key teams (e.g., Credit Team Leads, OTC Team) to align and implement solutions as needed.
Log customer journals, including bulk journals for IRS, FRS, and Red Bull Wings, into the JEAN tool and track progress in the department’s tracker.
Distribute the STP/Payer Number list monthly to the Trade Marketing team to ensure accurate customer data for JV preparation.
Manage the allocation of funds between projects and WBS’s for the Trade Marketing team to ensure proper financial tracking.
Provide support to teams in monitoring and managing shopping carts, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders.
Facilitate monthly flash meetings with teams, ensuring adherence to business routines and goals.
Ensure cost centers are correctly linked to the designated owners to prevent workflow issues.
Drive end-to-end process automation and contribute to the creation of business development presentations to support strategic initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
Degree in Finance, Engineering, Business or related field preferred
Minimum 3 years in a sales or marketing related position (preferably in SAB)
Experience within the FMCG environment
Competency with SAP, Excel, PowerPoint & PowerBI
In-depth knowledge of Commercial Sales required
