Your Role: Digital Practice Lead

Your day at work will be like (Roles & Responsibilities):

• Engaging with existing and new clients in the geography to discuss on Digital solutions in BFS domain.
• Contribute and draft Digital solutions (RFP response, client projects, value-adds, POC, automation, innovative / new concepts on Digital)
• Provide oversight on existing project deliverables on Digital space: solve problems / roadblocks for the team. This job might be for you if you have the following skills (Skills, Experience)
• Strong Dev or Tech background in Digital technology: (namely) website / front-end / online system dev or Webservices development or iOS / Android app development
• Good understanding on Digital solution needs for Africa: latest use cases vs. tools vs. business needs
• Deep understanding of digital technologies and their application for business lines: especially BFSI
• Experience / ability to consult on latest digital trends, digital roadmap, digital transformation for large institutions (e.g., global banks)
• Capability to assess, scope, estimate (effort, schedule and cost) for complex digital projects
• Capability to work in onsite-offshore / remote working model

• Communicate with account and sales teams to plan projects within budget
• Manage client expectations with day-to-day reporting and explanation of requirements of analysis, specification, design of projects on a technical and nontechnical basis
• Identify and manage project risk and maintain project plan
• Delivery of financial reporting and forecasting to senior team members and other stakeholders
• Analyse feedback from the client, senior team members, contractors, account and sales teams and other key stakeholders
• Participate in Consulting, Business Dev activities to increase digital project footprint across the region
