Practice Manager (Half Day) at PSG Konsult Ltd

Job description:

• PSG has an exciting opportunity for a half day Practice Manager who will be responsible for the administration and office processes and to assist the adviser.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the efficient co-ordination and planning of client functions
• Deal with general client application and queries
• Answer phone calls and reply to emails
• Coordinate all administrative processes
• Dairy management
• Ad-hoc and special projects
• Relationship Management with clients and service providers

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of relevant working experience within the financial services industry
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
• Reside in Upington
