• Legislative Requirements: COIDA Act. Public service Act. Public Service Regulations of 2016 as amended. Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHS). PFMA and National Treasury Regulations. General knowledge of the Public Service Regulations. 
• Skills: Required Technical Proficiency. Business Writing Skills. Required IT Skills. Data Capturing. Data and records management. Telephone Skills and Etiquette.
• DUTIES: Implement employee benefits and conditions of service in line prescripts. Verify leave (special, annual, sick, incapacity and unpaid). Maintain and update HR records Management System. Supervisor of staff
