Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the pre-owned sales team to exceed monthly sales targets.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a Pre-Owned Sales Management role within a dealership.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading successful teams.
• Strong knowledge of the used car market and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with customers and team members.
• Valid driver’s license and clear criminal record.
