Principal Clerk

Job Purpose
- To ensure that the related/specified duties are expedited and timeously undertaken.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Conducting investigations. Assisting in the rectification process.
- Ensuring that rental accounts are up to date to enable the sale to proceed.
- Interviewing and providing information on council loan to tenants and purchasers.
- Extracting property files.
- Instructing conveyancers by forwarding signed purchase and sale agreements with id copies, status affidavits as well as supporting documents e.g. marriage certificates , death certificate etc and prepares consents to transfer in the transfer of properties in respect of cash and bonds.
- Performing other related duties of the post
Essential Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12.
- 12 Months relevant experience.
Preferred Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12 plus relevant certificate accredited by SAQA.
- 18 Months relevant experience
