Key Performance Areas
Investigating sites; liaising with and facilitating all communication with customers and their representatives (e.g. architects, developers and consultants);
Advising SCP on appropriate design solutions as far as the MV network is concerned.
Liaising with Distribution on an ongoing basis to ensure that the
project receives the required attention and to stay abreast on progress.
Planning material, labour, and transport requirements.
Liaising with and facilitating all communication with consulting engineers, developers, SIP and PLD (SCP).
Ensuring the compliance of proposed embedded generation installations with applicable standards.
Evaluating distribution network performance.
Meeting with operational staff on a regular basis to gain information about network reinforcement requirements and discuss proposed interventions.
Performs project coordination and contract management functions on capital projects
