    Process Leads

    Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

    Sustainability, Legal Compliance, and Standard Adherence

    • Ensure compliance with local laws, company policies, environmental, health, safety, and security standards.
    • Own the incident elimination DMS and review safety incident investigations to ensure corrective measures are in place.

    Quality Management System (QMS) Compliance

    • Guarantee adherence to PMI and legal standards related to materials, SFGs, and FGs, ensuring timely quality checks and addressing any quality failures promptly.

    Line Daily Direction Configuration

    • Participate in setting the 24-hour direction for the CC lines and actively contribute to daily plan execution, ensuring the use of data for monitoring and managing line performance.
    • Drive Performance & Continuous Improvement
    • Lead the loss elimination processes and ensure data integrity for the Line Event Data Systems.

    Reliability Engineering Tools Owner

    • Support the Line Structure and Leadership in using Reliability Engineering tools for action planning and data analysis.

    Rapid Changeover (RCO) Management

    • Lead and participate in Rapid Changeover events, identifying opportunities for process optimization.

    Technical Mastery

    • Strengthen the team’s technical skills through coaching and training, while ensuring adherence to the established training plan.

    Change Management

    • Lead change management initiatives, focusing on benchmarking, reapplication, and developing capabilities within the team.

    Who We’re Looking For

    • Completed Bachelor's degree (postgraduate qualification is an advantage)
    • 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing, with strong expertise in process control and problem-solving
    • Proven experience managing teams
    • Proficiency in KPI tracking, monitoring, and process improvement
    • Ability to act as a backup for the line leader
