Procurement Graduate - Hillcrest (Durban) at Kerry

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract maintenance in SAP
• Assisting with the creation of purchase orders for the acquisition of goods and services
• Generate feedback reports to management as and when required
• Assist in data gatering for the review of bids for services and contracts to ensure that those bids are in compliance with current procurement policies
• Vendor management across indirect spend categories
• Track and report performance within each spend category and define budgetary impact
• Uphold internal and external policies, regulations and laws
• Compiling specific market reports to assess business process activities
• New vendor management and setup in Coupa
• Contract expiry reporting for the region
• Reviewing new supplier introductions prior
• Understanding of BEE practises and impact on the SA organisation

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Matric and Relevant Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent is required  
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• SAP experience is advantageous
