Product Management Analyst at CBRE Excellerate

Purpose of Job

• Work with the Product Specialists to research, launch and manage the ongoing requirements for new and existing investment products and solutions.
• Support the Risk and Performance Teams with set-up and ongoing reporting, with the expectation that this would fall away over time;
• As this is a new space for RisCura Invest, the scope of the work may be adjusted and refined over time.

• Project manage the set-up of new products; 
• Performance and benchmark outputs and analysis; 
• Comparative performance calculations; 
• Set-up, ongoing management and oversight of fund fact sheets; 
• Set-up and ongoing management of billing and profitability calculations for each product; 
• The provision of performance numbers, performance attribution and asset allocation information for the products, the universe of benchmarks, and comparative products;  
• The provision of performance slides for client report-backs and presentations; 
• Ad-hoc requests for product, benchmarks and competitor performance analysis;   
• Daily, monthly and quarterly retrieval, validation, reconciliation, analysis and preparation of data 
• Data interrogation and analysis 
• Client report generation 
• Checking of reports generated by other Analysts 
• Interpretation and analysis of report results 
• Submission of reports to clients and Product teams 
• Ad hoc analyses 

APPLICATION CRITERIA

• Undergraduate degree with a financial focus or strong maths or stats skills. Honours preferred.

EXPERIENCE

• Three years of investment analytics or reporting services, preferably in the multi-management or institutional client space.
