The Product Manager I will own a product feature and lead project execution. He/she will own the development plan and represent their feature within the PM team and will have an internal network across product domains. The individual will have a solid understanding of the customer and target market. He/she will represent the needs of the customer to the delivery team and will support and participate in the demo to key stakeholders at program milestones.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand needs and market trends.
Use data and dashboards to evaluate product performance and recommend improvements.
Support go-to-market plans and collaborate with sales and marketing teams. Create and maintain product documentation and training materials.
Lead the execution of product roadmaps for specific feature areas.
Prioritize product requirements and coordinate with engineering teams. Contribute to product strategy and align goals with business objectives. Participate in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
Understands the relevant technology architecture. Leads the execution of a product roadmap for a single feature area.
Understands and utilizes the drivers for improving the customer experience
Leverages tools to coordinate activities and ensure quality based on the development methodology in place.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse teams.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Experience managing multiple projects and priorities.
Familiarity with customer engagement and feedback processes.
Comfortable using tools like Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms. Understanding of product development and delivery lifecycles.
No specific degree required—equivalent experience or transferable skills welcome. Curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning.
