• Manage schemes and portfolio initiatives within Marsh

We will count on you to:

• Service delivery to corporate CE’s and new business specifically with regards to products on platform
• Ensure successful renewal of policies by adopting products
• Update of Share point and library with changes and endorsements
• Foster of sound working relationships with other functional business units
• Discuss and negotiate with internal stakeholders in development and enhancement of existing and new products
• Analyse the trends of products in the market and apply to the current offering
• Prioritize strategic accounts in collaboration with Client Executives to ensure the best product is available to clients
• Continuously identify areas of process improvement to increase efficiencies as well as participate, monitor and/or oversee initiatives
• Ensure alignment to Portfolio Solutions strategy and adherence to local compliance and regulations
• Perform process and product reviews and conduct audits to ensure adherence by Outsource partners
• Maintain and update standard operating model and process maps
• Conduct training sessions for business and create awareness of new products and processes within Portfolio Solutions

What you need to have:

• Comprehensive knowledge of all standards applicable in respect of the client service function
• Product development knowledge across all lines of business
• Extensive knowledge of commercial and multi-line products and procedures
• Be financially astute and produce reports to measure the performance of products and portfolio’s
• Experience in the insurance sector and placement area
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency, Excel formulas, Pivot tables and PowerPoint
• FAIS Compliant
• Passed RE 1 examination
• Fluency in English
