Production Controller at Tiger Brands

THE JOB AT A GLANCE:

Responsible for the daily running of the production shift, to ensure compliance to Albany quality and standard operating procedures, to enforce the established safety system and to maintain 20 Keys and Shop floor development system

What you will do 

• Responsible for shift for daily on-time production
• Finalise daily production records
• Maintaining SOP’s and 20 Keys
• Hygiene and Safety
• Drive Invocoms
• IR and coaching

QUALIFICATIONS

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of production process and purpose of machines and ingredients
• At least 2 years experience in a Supervisory position
• Knowledge of 20 Keys, Food, Health & Safety and OIM will be an advantage
• Computer skills will be an advantage
• Prepared to work night shifts
• Prepared to work long hours, weekends and Public Holidays
