Job Description
Who are we looking for:
We are looking for a hands-on production manager to help us with all things live fitness and production. As a production manager at Best10, you will help us ensure that our studio and live fitness classes are running on time while helping us bring high quality content to our growing Best10 community. You should be a highly-organized, hard-working individual with a passion for live video production and a keen eye for detail. This role is office-based and applicants need to be based in Cape Town.
What you will be doing:
Manage our studio in Cape Town.
Responsible for the planning, management and overseeing all aspects of the live production of our fitness classes.
Manage and oversee live streaming sessions, sound management, lighting and staging.
Planning all productions, including technical requirements, schedules, equipment rental and freelancer bookings.
Manage the studio budget, as well as cost reporting and forecasting to management.
Assemble initial list of potential vendors / freelancers that are the right creative and quality fit for production of live fitness classes
Create and maintain production schedules with the coaches
Work closely with management, marketing and content teams to drive consistent high standards of production
Qualifications
What you’ll need:
Must have 3+ years experience in leading productions - Experience in live streaming and fitness environment is preferred.
Ability to handle a fast paced environment and manage several projects at once.
Experience creating and managing project budgets

The interview process (no more than 3 rounds) is designed to give you as much information and exposure to people in our team. We might also ask you to participate in a challenge or case study which you will present back to us.
