Professional Officer (HRBP Office)

Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources related field
- 4-5 years relevant experience.
- In depth knowledge of relevant Acts, regulations and systems and procedures pertaining to the Human Resource discipline
- A valid code EB driving licence
- Strong data analytical skills
Key Performance Areas
- To assist in developing, guiding and advising branches / departments in the planning & implementation of people management strategies, functions & activities.
- Coordinate and implement effective HR communications and employee engagement strategies for the Directorate.
- Assist in implementing the talent attraction, retention and development strategies.
- Assist with developing & implementing strategic workforce plans in the directorate.
- Assist in managing employee relations in the directorate.
- Initiate and support the implementation of employee wellness interventions for the Directorate.
- Facilitate and support the implementation of staffing strategies for the Directorate.
- Initiate and support the implementation of change management interventions in the Directorate.
- Continuously improve Recognition and Reward strategies for the Directorate.
- Support the conceptualisation and improvement of employee on-boarding strategies for the Directorate
