Key Performance Areas
The incumbent will guide and implement a variety of Quality Assurance system concepts, practices, and procedures in the laboratory.
Implement, maintain and manage an effective Integrated QMS in accordance to ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001
Responsible for variety of tasks, which include development and implementation of QMS documents, documents review, customer complaints investigation, coordinate the proficiency testing/Interlaboratory comparisons;
Conduct internal audits based on the latest ISO/IEC 17025 and
ISO 9001to monitor effectiveness of the system
Provide support to the laboratory during the ISO/IEC 17025 Assessments
Register and investigate root cause of non-conformances raised and implement effective corrective actions
Review documents and ensure effective implementation
Coordinate and update the proficiency testing activity plan annually.
Ensure that laboratory technicians participate on the proficiency testing/ Interlaboratory comparisons as planned.
Conduct the proficiency testing review with laboratory personnel with the overall aim of improving analytical performance
