    Professional Sales Representative: Haematology

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
    • Deliver impactful customer interaction by achieving planned reach and frequency across priority HCP segments using the right channel mix (face-to-face, virtual, digital).
    • Build and execute a data led territory business plan to increase coverage, conversion, and share growth in the allocated geography.
    • Provide high quality, value based scientific engagements tailored to customer needs and treatment pathways, using only approved and compliant content and messaging.
    • Maintain current product, disease area, and competitor knowledge; complete required learning and achieve assessment pass rates of at least 80%.
    • Use Salesforce/Veeva to plan, record, and analyse activity; ensure timely, accurate CRM entries to support insight generation and decision-making.
    • Track and improve performance using sales, activity, and customer data; identify trends and implement corrective actions to optimise results.
    • Plan and deliver compliant promotional activities (e.g., group meetings, business meals, in-service training) with clear objectives, documented outcomes, and follow-up actions.
    • Operate with uncompromising Credo, compliance, and ethical standards; apply governance documents (call plans, incentive schemes, SOPs) in every engagement.
    • Contribute to a high-performing team by sharing field insights, participating in cycle meetings and congresses, and proposing improvements that enhance customer experience and execution efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous sales experience in an ethical pharmaceutical company an advantage
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification
    • Specialist physician detailing experience an advantage
    • Product & disease knowledge is advantageous (Haematology)
    • Ability to travel
