The Role

Program Manager to assist Krypton’s clients to consistently apply best practice project management principles, to break down functional silos, engage stakeholders and ensure our Mining ICT projects are completed within budget, scope and schedule.

Qualifications

• A relevant 4-year Degree or equivalent                                              
• Post graduate qualification Project Management  
• MBA beneficial                                 

10 years relevant experience in the fields of:

• ICT 
• The relevant business discipline preferable in the EBM environment
• Knowledge of process re-engineering and business process modelling
• IM Project Management Experience in a Mining / Processing environment

Technical Knowledge:                             

Understanding of the following systems:-                   

• Technical and Production Systems
• Information Technology
• Knowledge Management
• Collaboration Tools
• Digital Technologies
• Knowledge of UML (unified modelling language)
• Data modelling 
• Commercial Systems: SAP (FI, PS, PM)
