Education and Experience:
A minimum of a High School Certificate and a College Diploma in General Administration, Developmental Studies, Office Administration, Management, or Social Sciences and related fields.
Additionally, candidates must have a minimum of five (5) years of progressive administrative or project support experience, including at least two (2) years in a similar role in regional, international, or multinational organisations.
Experience in an administrative support role within a partner-funded project environment.
Experience providing project implementation support to large-scale continental development programmes and working with experts from diverse backgrounds.
Experience working in a multicultural environment.
