Office/Sales Administrator at Helderberg Personnel

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a high-volume administrative, sales administration or client services role.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Exceptional email and telephone etiquette.
• A confident, professional and polished communication style.
• Experience preparing quotations, invoices, statements and job cards.
• Working knowledge and practical experience using accounting software — essential.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• A professional, service-driven approach with the ability to interact confidently with private clients, luxury retailers and international brands.
• The maturity, discretion and professional presence required to work within a luxury, client-focused environment.
