    Programme Coordinator

    To provide logistics and administrative support to the Programme Manager in order to ensure a memorable learning experience for students and support to related stakeholders.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Pre-programme administration

    • Venue bookings, function sheets, name tags, faculty reservations and accommodations etc
    • Maintain and update student records
    • Assist in building and uploading course packs, and arranging printing and distribution
    • Copyright requests
    • Check programme schedules
    • Compile, prepare and release of student course results
    • Assist in marketing activities when required
    •  

    Programme administration

    ·       Attendance tracking, creating and capturing and distribution of evaluation feedback; setting, tracking, download and moderation of assessment submissions

    • Respond to students face to face, telephonic and email enquiries and queries timeously, be physically present for work and with students when required
    • Assist the Manager with management of workshops and social events
    • Liaise with faculty and internal/ external customers and suppliers; assist with sourcing of materials and processing of invoices
    • Assist with assessments planning and rollout whenever required
    • Assist with graduation logistics

    Ad-hoc

    • Assisting with all general administration relating to the delivery of the programme
    • Carry out all reasonable duties as and when requested by the line manager or any other senior management member

    EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    Ideal Profile

    • Business Diploma at a foundation level
    • Bachelor’s degree an advantage
    • General office management experience
    • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working in an educational , administration intense or training and development environment

    COMPETENCIES

    Knowledge

    • Understanding of the tertiary education milieu
    • Knowledge of administration and record systems

    • High level of Computer literacy – MS Word and Excel at an intermediate level
