    Project Administrator - 12 Month FTC

    Job Purpose:

    The incumbent is responsible for overseeing and co-ordinating various aspects of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the project team.
    • Co-ordinate project activities, including assigning tasks to team members, monitoring progress, and identifying risks and issues.
    • Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external vendors or partners.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and other project-related materials.
    • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
    • Schedule meetings and co-ordinate logistics, including travel arrangements and accommodations.
    • Provide administrative support to the project team as needed, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining project-related databases.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, project management, engineering) or equivalent work experience.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project co-ordination or a related role.

    Competencies:

    • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall, and proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project will be a distinct advantage.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues
