Project Analyst at Vistex

About the Job
As a Project Analyst you will support the Client Manager in contract writing and assist PM with administrative project work. Work with the Sr. Project Manager to improve and develop internal processes, reporting structures and leads own small engagements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PM in larger projects
• Manage the consultant onboarding at the client
• Schedule and prepare weekly/monthly reports and meetings
• Manage project status reports and RAID-Logs
• Revise Blue-Print and functional specification documents
• Maintain data in Salesforce and KIMBLE
• Support, prepare and coordinate the PM/DM presentation
• Manage change request with client in conjunction with DM/PM
• Manage any Vistex input to the Client’s project management and Client’s Solution Manger
• After Legal review taking responsibility for quality and layout etc. for contracts in collaboration

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Informatics, Information Sciences, Business Management or similar
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT projects and PMO
• Excellent MS-Office and Sharepoint Skills
• Good experience with PM-Tools (Kimble etc.)
• Familiar with business and legal language
• Experience in full life cycle projects preferred
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork
• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent English language skills (both written and spoken), additional languages (German, French, Spanish, other) extremely advantageous
