Project Manager & Client Service at Curious&Creative

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THE (STUDIO) TABLE:

• A minimum of 5 years' advertising agency experience
• Experience in leading, coordinating, managing and executing various client projects
• Excellent scheduling and traffic skills in order to manage the agency workflow
• Strong and effective project management skills 
• A strategic thinker with a blue sky, problem-solving mindset
• The ability to understand client requests and translate them into clear and concise briefs for the creative team
• Exceptional communication skills
• Excellent documentation, report writing and presentation skills 
• Working knowledge of all channels and media
• The ability to work autonomously 
• Process-driven with excellent administrative skills
• Punctual and meticulous 
• Work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude

General roles and responsibilities:

Ensure that work is produced on time, on brief and on budget 

• Liaise with and utilise support from shared services, suppliers and other partners as required 
• Manage all day-to-day activities relating to the client account 
• Ensure a thorough understanding of the production processes and costs in order to maximise agency profitability and client budgets

improve internal processes and work flow

• Assist with new business activities
• Ensure that you have a clear understanding of the client’s business requirements and can translate this into clear deliverables for your team

Engage with clients and internal stakeholders on commercial topics in a professional manner, and to solve problems where needed in order to protect the interests of the agency and the relationship.
