Project Manager II (OVA4806) at Ovations Technologies

Role Purpose:

• To manage and deliver medium-sized projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business strategy, and delivery within scope, budget, and timelines. Projects may span disciplines such as Property, Engineering, or Information Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure).
• Define project scope and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Drive Agile project practices across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Track progress and report on milestones, costs, and performance.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ensure adherence to bank's governance and compliance standards.

Preferred Experience:

• Project management within a financial institution or banking environment is strongly preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Advanced Diploma in Project Management or
• Advanced Programme in Project Management (or equivalent)

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Agile Concepts: 5+ years
• Agile Development: 5+ years
• Agile Estimation and Prioritization: 5+ years
• Agile Planning: 5+ years
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects in a hybrid work model.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Desirable:

• Certifications: PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master
• Tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project
