The incumbent of this role will coordinate people and processes to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. This person will be the go to for everything involving a project's organization and timeline.
Specific responsibilities will include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivery of projects on time, within budget and in scope.
Should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis. Must have excellent communication skills and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. Has to be a team player and have a knack for problem solving.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
At least 5 years' hands-on project management and related experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be beneficial
At least two full-cycle SAP implementations (will focus on MM, SD or SAP4HANA Sales)
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
Excellent analytical skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with customers, team and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle Vistex implementation projects for assigned clients from planning and conception to implementation, testing and Go-Live/Support phase
Determine and define project scope and objectives
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Be responsible for the delivery of the project in time, budget, quality, and scope
Define and track project KPI’s during project life cycle to rate project success with customer
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Align implementation strategy and scoping with the clients
Understanding in Business processes and system architecture and leading the customer and the project team in the design of business processes
Identify key stakeholders and develop existing and new client and partner relationships
Manage project issues/risks and client expectations and escalate as needed
Manage scope and change requests
Provide transparent status reporting both internally and to the client
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Coach the project team including offshore delivery
Assign and track tasks
Assist in building templates, best practices and benchmarks from completed projects
