You will lead a team of On Key EAM experts delivering asset management solutions across diverse industries. This role offers exposure to a wide range of challenges while driving innovation through AI, IoT, and emerging technologies integrated with On Key.

Minimum Requirements
A relevant Tertiary Qualification | B Eng Degree, B Tech Degree in a relevant field (Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering).
A minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience in database configuration and administration, including systems such as On Key, covering installation, optimisation, troubleshooting, and system support.
Experience using reporting tools such as SSRS, Wyn, Qliksense, Power BI
Experience in project management.
Business Analysis experience.
Extensive knowledge in configuring and administering databases, Eg. On Key.
Sound knowledge of asset management and reliability engineering.
Good Problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage and deliver projects effectively and profitably, as defined in the client proposal, service level agreement (SLA) or project plan.
Assist with resourcing the team.
Recruitment of new Project Engineers.
Manage team effectively.
Coach and mentor new Project Engineers that will report to this position.
Effective administration of the team and project/s. Acumatica activities, Development discussions, all HR related activities.
Ensure quality assurance of projects that team is responsible for Implement and optimise enterprise asset management systems and services.
Manage asset identification and verification projects.
Develop asset management standards aligned with the company methodology.
Perform customer relationship visits.
Design and implement reports, dashboards and integrations.
Participate actively in business development, tender submission, sales and marketing.
Management of invoicing process to ensure accurate and timely payment of services rendered.
