- Hire Resolve’s client is urgently seeking the expertise of a Property Development Manager in Tokai, Cape Town.
Key Requirements:
- +15 Years experience in large residential estates
- Degree in Property Management, Construction Management or similar
- Vast experience in delivering large-scale residential, mixed-use or infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of relevant property law, construction contracts and compliance frameworks
