    QMS Co-Ordinator - Food Technologist - Wadeville Beverages Plant

    Responsibilities

    • Monthly food safety and management reviews meetings
    • Weekly self inspections
    • Maintenance of NCR's and CPAR's
    • Management of internal audits
    • Coordinate all food safety and quality external audits
    • Ensure information board is up to date
    • Manage garden service provider
    • Designated pest control representative for Pioneer Foods Groceries Wadeville (PFGW)
    • Reporting, managing and closing out any pest control defects

    Qualifications

    • National Diploma in Biotechnology or Food Technology
    • Experience in process of Food and Beverages (FMCG)
    • Computer Literacy
    • Food Safety, Quality, HACCP, VACCP and TACCP
    • GMP and Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Microbiology
    • Chemistry
    • Supervisory skills
