WHAT YOU WILL ENJOY DOING

• Planning of daily testing and special testing schedules
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure a clean and professional environment by adhering to Laboratory cleaning schedules
• Conduct all relevant laboratory tests using the correct equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures
• Report any non-conformances in tested products immediately to Supervisor and other relevant stakeholders
• Monitor compliance to QA principles in day-to-day work environment and on the factory floor and identify corrective actions to QC Supervisor
• Ensure efficient record-keeping and adherence to test schedules and updating the system correctly
• ·Contribute to investigation of customer complaints by checking the retention examples from specific batch and compare to example from customer and make relevant recommendations
• Ensure on-going awareness of environmental, health and safety issues
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Ensure housekeeping of plant and general areas facilitates a tidy, neat environment

WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT

• Relevant diploma
• Recognised qualification in Total Quality Management
• Knowledge of quality control principles and specifications
• Expert knowledge of calibration and tolerance levels for various tests
• Experience in conducting laboratory-based quality tests
• Experience in using the colour units in machines
