    Quality Assurance Analyst (QA) Intern

    Description

    • The Quality Assurance Analyst (QA) is responsible for assessing the quality of the interactions between the customer solution centre representatives and our existing and potential customers. The analyst will monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound calls to assess technical accuracy, customer service performance, compliance to company policies and procedures and identify any training or coaching that may be required.

    Requirements
    EDUCATION

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • National Diploma: Contact Centre Management (NQF Level 5) or,
    • NQF Level 5 or higher related qualification

    DESIRED REQUIREMENTS

    • 2 years working experience in a Call Centre environment
    • Assessor, and coaching skills advantageous

    OTHER REQUIREMENTS

    • Presentation skills
