Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager at London College of International Business studies

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

•To assist the Head of Quality, Compliance & Enhancement in designing, developing,managing, reviewing and updating the quality management system for LCIBS within in the African landscape.

KPA % of Time:

• Manage the development and review of policy frameworks at eco-space level.
• Ensure compliance in factsheets, academic calendars, academicprospectuses, the review of n programmes, policies and procedures.
• Develop and manage any improvement or monitoring processreceived.
• Ensure compliance in all marketing material.
• Study Guides.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Degree is essential – Hons will be advantages
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is required
• High level of competency in MS Office, particularly MS Word, MS Excel and MSPowerPoint
• Exposure to and experience in Higher Education
