Job Description
- Documented and managed quality processes & information
- Sampled and tested raw materials, packaging & finished products
- Conducted & moderated internal QA audits
- Trained employees on QA systems, policies & procedures
- Resolved customer complaints & product returns
- Manage team and KPI.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 3-4 years experience as Quality Controller/Assurance & Supervisory in FMCG
- Strong Computer Literacy
- Attention to detail, Faultfinding and problem solving
- Strong raw material grading and QC processing background
- Understand the processing process and being innovative. Customer specific.
