Quality In-Service Trainee FTC - Pietermaritzburg

- Sampling , testing of Microbiology and chemical testing of raw materials, final product, water etc. requesting reagents, consumables and plates for Quality control and verifications.
- Administrative work - Record keeping; Filing; Generating of COA/COC's; Recipe and daily data storage.
- Managing of retention samples and daily quality control
- Product Development: Assist with make-up of samples; assist in projects.
- Assist with Housekeeping of main, IPC and micro lab.
- Quality control and Quality Assurance of 6 production lines.
- Training on hygiene and house keeping.
- Willing to work shift and overtime.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Diploma in Food Technology or equivalent
- Team Work
- Self-disciplined
- Responsible
- Trainable
