Education / Certifications:

• Studying towards or have a Diploma or degree in Food Technology, Consumer Science, Microbiology or Analytical chemistry.

Job specific requirements:

As a Quality Inservice trainee working in Micro laboratory, Analytical laboratory or Raw material and packaging sampling, you will be responsible for: 

• Monitoring and analyzing samples for analytical or micro or raw materials and packaging parameters. 
• Sampling of raw material and packaging materials. 
• Releasing of packaging materials on SAP. 
• Read, capture, and communicate results to manufacturing and supporting functions. 
• Prepare media and reagents required for testing – Microlab 
• Adhere to GLP and participate in GLP audits by providing support to close audit findings. 
• Communicating with other departments concerning quality and processing issues.
