Quality Management Officer (SL7) x 1 (Three Years Contract). at Sekhukhune TVET College

Requirements:

• Grade12 plus a recognized National Diploma in Quality Management/ Auditing /Risk Management. Two (2) years working experience in auditing/quality management systems / ISO-related training/implementation. Knowledge of relevant legislation and frameworks: Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, CET Act (for TVET), PFMA, Treasury Regulations, ISO standards. Strong understanding of internal audit processes, quality management systems, risk management, and compliance. Skills in policy development, implementation, monitoring, and reporting. Computer literacy, analytical skills, good report writing, good communication skills (verbal and written), problem-solving, ability to work under pressure, manage teams, time management, confidentiality, ability to work independently, honesty, initiative, flexibility, professionalism and ability to do travelling. Valid driver’s licence.

Duties:

• Facilitate the development, implementation, and maintenance of the college Quality Management System. Plan and perform audits, quality assurance reviews and compliance checks, monitor, compile reports and present to different stakeholders, liaise with management, external auditors and other assurance providers. Facilitate the policies/procedures development and reviews for the College. Ensure overall supervision, provide administrative duties and adhere to policies. Perform delegated duties. Promote a culture of quality and compliance. Provide trainings on quality standards and best practices. Support risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
