Quality Officer at Deltamune

Key Accountabilities: 

• Incoming inspections – critical and multimin raw materials, packaging materials
• Verifications – antigen, oil, labels, inserts
• Production line opening and closing, pH and conductivity measurement of diluent
• Floorstock, media orders, preparation of agar media plates
• Sampling – chicken and swine serum, vaccine bottles, water, soil
• Sample submissions for chemical analysis
• Production antigen file audits
• Retention sample management (responsible for retention fridge)
• Ethics applications
• Compile, review and update documents on EQMS, utilization of ERP system, assist on internal investigations

Qualification:

• National Diploma – Laboratory Technologist or equivalent

Knowledge / Experience:

• Training in Quality Management Systems and Process Control is desirable
• One to two years’ experience in Quality Assurance would be advantageous
• One to two years’ experience in a QC laboratory setting would be advantageous
