Rainmaker Fulfilment Agent & Dasher at Rain South Africa

Rain is looking for a passionate and motivated person to join our distribution team as a rainmaker Fulfilment agent and Dasher agent, you will be part of the rainmaker fulfilment team and will also be required to attend to customer callouts, set up, optimise, provide customer support solutions and understand the root cause if the point of failure is reached.

Key responsibilities: 

• Knowledge and experience in Radio-Frequency. 
• Knowledge and experience in Wi-Fi networks. 
• Strong customer support and troubleshooting experience. 
• Ability to prepare detailed reports identifying all conducted work issues and recommendations. 
• Deliver SIM and device orders to our customers. 
• Onboard and RICA customers. 
• On request, assist with setup and troubleshooting. 
• Provide customer support solutions. 
• Rain brand ambassador. 
• Provide customer support and installation. 
• Provide training and support to the fulfilment team. 

Requirements: 

• A valid driver's license is mandatory. 
• Technical support experience. 
• IT Literacy
• Minimum 3 years' experience
