Looking for an experienced Estate Agent to be involved in Residential Property & Development Sales.

Areas available for Service:

• Somerset West & Surroundings.
• Paarl & Surroundings.
• Kommetjie / Fish Hoek
• Struisbaai
• Stilbaai

Qualifications:

• NQF Level 4: Real Estate
• EAAB Registered Full-Status Agent

Requirements:

• Previous track records of property sold
• Must have own Laptop or desktop computer
• Access to high speed internet. A direct ethernet connection is ideal.
• Must speak English & Afrikaans.
• Clear criminal record
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ambitious sales talent and must be passionate about real estate
• High degree of initiative and flexibility
• Good at negotiating
• Good knowledge of the local property
• Own vehicle and valid license

* Previous experience in selling-off-plan & development sales is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Advertise and market properties
• Contact buyer leads from marketing campaigns
• Finds and reaches out to new prospects
• Follow up on seller and buyer leads
• Show properties to potential buyers
• Reserving units for prospective clients
• Complete and present purchase offers and all relevant documentation
• Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met
• Advise and support your clients from the first point of contact to the key handover
• Complete all necessary duties performed by an Estate Agent
• Maintain your real estate license and knowledge
