Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
• Manage and maintain the front desk area to ensure a clean and organized environment.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
• Provide support to other departments as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A friendly and approachable personality with a professional appearance.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
