    We are looking for the next member of Mimecast's Talent Acquisition team. This person will take on relationships with key stakeholders in Mimecast and is best suited to applicants with +5 years of internal recruitment experience, as part of an in-house recruitment team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • As a Senior Recruiter you will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting to support rapid business growth:
    • Proactively sourcing and identifying qualified candidates
    • Interviewing, negotiating with, and closing selected candidates for job openings
    • Using and leveraging automated tracking system (iCIMS)
    • Forging relationships with key business stakeholders and further partner Recruitment into Mimecast
    • Identifying candidates from numerous sources, cold-calling passive candidates, screening, qualifying candidates, and performing reference checks
    • Building strong relationships with all levels of management to understand business and talent needs
    • Creating a hiring plan and initiating various cost-effective sourcing strategies based on the position being filled. The sourcing strategies will include, but may not be limited to: Internet mining, social media networking, identifying quality employee referrals, job boards, internal databases, and attending user groups
    • Continually building a pipeline of candidates and developing a network of talent suitable for potential employment with Mimecast for certain strategic talent needs, including attendance of trade and industry events
    • Working closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition on ideas for process development and enhancement as well as creative strategies to fill critical roles
    • Maintaining a master database of competencies, competency models by role, and behavioral interviewing questions mapped to those roles
    • Ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines, recruiting process, and regulatory requirements

    Essential Skills and Experience:

    • Within this corporate IT environment, you will be required to have:


    • 5+ years full-life cycle recruiting in a technology environment
    • Proven successful experience managing key stakeholders in a technology company
    • Advanced internet sourcing skills, cold-calling, networking, and the ability to develop unique sourcing strategies for various roles
    • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple searches effectively
    • Team player and problem solver with a high sense of urgency and motivation
    • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to take directions and learn quickly
    • A sense of humor
    • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
