RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruit off Talent Pool Demand Requirements in Stores
• Assist with Career Days and Driving Talent Pools
• Source, Screen and Submit qualified applicants to Managers
• Reference and Credit and Criminal Checking
• Position Management (Current Vacancies and working closely with payroll on all new starters)
• Drafting Offers and Contracts of Employment
• Assist in preparing packs for payroll processing
• Manage Vacancy and applicant tracker
• Switchboard relief
